Head Coach Alicia Moore


Alicia Moore is in her first year as head varsity coach at Rosemount. She has served on the RHS volleyball coaching staff for the Irish since 2016, most recently as the JV coach. Her coaching philosophy is centered on building relationships with athletes, developing intentional habits, and creating a positive environment that is conducive to growth. She grew up in Cambridge, MN, and played volleyball at St. Olaf College. She lives in Rosemount and teaches AP World History and Developmental Psychology at Rosemount High School. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family, walking her dog, Luna, and reading.

Courtney McNeil


Courtney McNeill is in her first season as Junior Varsity coach with Rosemount. She is an 8th grade English teacher at Scott Highlands Middle School. She coached the B team at Eastview High School during the 2022 and 2023 seasons. She was a varsity setter on her high school team, and she played at Bethel University. She has coached at Minnesota Select summer camps, and she coaches club volleyball at Northern Lights. In her free time she enjoys spending time with friends and running.

 10 Grade Coach
Jamie Mobila


Coach Mobilia is in her fourth season as the 10th grade volleyball coach for the Rosemount Irish. A native to the Iron Range, this is her 10th year as a high school volleyball coach. She is a teacher at Westview Elementary School for district 196 and lives in Eagan with her husband. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and being on Lake Vermilion.

9A Coach
Callie Urban


Callie Urban is in her 3rd year coaching the RHS 9A volleyball team and previously coached 12 years at Falcon Ridge Middle School. Her coaching philosophy revolves around holistic player development, emphasizing systematic skill development and fostering a supportive team culture. In addition to volleyball, Coach Urban lives in Rosemount and works as a school counselor at Rosemount High School. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family traveling and engaging in a variety of outdoor sports and activities.

Elizabeth Larson

 

Coach Huss-Larson is in her second year of coaching.  She played high school volleyball in Jordan and coached in Waseca and Prior Lake.  She and Coach Urban worked closely together last year as 9th grade coaches and share the same philosophy in holistic player development, emphasizing systematic skill development and fostering a supportive team culture.  Coach Huss-Larson taught at Shannon Park in Rosemount for eighteen years and is now a Peer Leader in the district. In her spare time she loves watching Minnesota sports, reading, working out and spending time with her friends, children and darling grandson.

Skills Coach
Celeste Gorman

 

Celeste joins the Irish coaching staff this year as a skills coach. She was the head coach at Blaine High School for 15 years (2005-2020). Most recently she was the varsity assistant coach for the Shakopee High School boys program with the 2024 season ending in a state championship. Her day job keeps her from being in the gym more frequently where she is a mental health therapist who works with teens and young adults. In her free time, she can be found with her dog, Paco, and spending as much time as possible outside, near water, preferably with family and friends.
